26-year-old Daniel Wyndham Lewis of Heol Llwchwr, Ammanford, was handed a community order when he appeared before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court today, Wednesday (Sep 16).
The court heard that on the 24th of July 2020 without lawful excuse, Lewis damaged a window to the value of under five thousand pounds belonging to Amy Lewis intending to destroy or damage such property or being reckless as to whether such property
would be destroyed or damaged Contrary to sections 1(1) and 4 of the Criminal Damage Act 1971
Lewis pleaded guilty to the offence.
Lewis must now carry out unpaid work for 60 hours within the next twelve months. This work will be supervised.
Lewis was also ordered to pay a surcharge of £95 to fund victim services and costs of £85.00 to the Crown Prosecution Service.
