LEE Waters AM has claimed that the call for a bypass for Sandy Road in Llanelli is a 50-year-old solution to a problem and says that he wants quicker and alternative solutions to what he recognises is a major problem of pollution and a risk to health for residents in and around Sandy Road.Llanelli Online put a number of concerns regarding pollution levels at Sandy Road as well as at Felinfoel Road, West End and Furnace, which have become pinch points for traffic trying to avoid Sandy Road.
