The Paul Popham Fund, Renal Support Wales was set-up to encourage all kidney patients in Wales and show that they too can lead a positive life. In January 2015 the Paul Popham Fund gained charity status and in July 2016 relaunched a Befriending Service to help give advice and support to Kidney Patients.

Mr Hamilton said: “I was delighted to attend the event and meet Joanne Popham, the Chief Executive Officer, to learn more about the charity, and how it continues to develop. The dedication of the team involved in running the fund is admirable.
