DYFED-Powys Police is appealing for witnesses following a fire near the Ty Elwyn building in Llanelli at just after 10pm on Monday, November 13.
An 18-year-old and 16-year-old were arrested on suspicion of arson. We would like to reassure the public that nobody was injured as a result of the fire, and that the building is safe to use.
Efforts are ongoing to determine the cause, and we encourage anyone who can assist the investigation to come forward.
