7pm:

Emergency services are attending an incident on Thomas Street in Llanelli.

Four police cars and one ambulance have been in attendance.

Staff at the Thomas Arms Hotel said that the accident occurred at approximately 5pm, at least one person could be seen lying in the road. The traffic tailbacks down through the West End, Thomas Street and Gelli-On.

Emergency services are still at the scene, we will bring you updates as and when they come in.
