Storm Emma reaches Carmarthenshire

IT took a while to arrive but Storm Emma has reached Carmarthenshire and the snow has fallen. The gritters are out but with more snow forecast it looks like conditions are set to worsen in the next day or so.

Dyfed-Powys Police have been frantically tweeting about the poor weather conditions and hazardous roads.

The message is ‘Do not make unnecessary journeys unless you really have to’.
