Runners dash through the cold for tricentennial Park Run

NICK Sheehan from Llanelli AAC finished first at the 300th Park Run at Llyn Llech Owain run on Saturday (Dec 15) in a time of 17.49 min.

Seventy three runners (and their canine chums), many in fancy dress, took part in very cold conditions.
