DYFED-Powys Police are investigating after an attempted burglary at a property on Frondeg Terrace, Llanelli which took place yesterday, Sunday (Feb 24) atapproximately 18.40 hrs.
A male was seen running away from the area.
He is being described as 5 foot 11 inches tall, wearing jeans, wooly hat, quilted waistcoat and with a medium size dog.
