DYFED-Powys Police are concerned for the welfare of missing person Julie Williams aged 59.
She is thought to be wearing a navy cardigan, jeans, and boots that are several sizes too big for her.
She is likely to be travelling on foot.
Last seen in Aberaeron around 19:00.
