Police are appealing for witnesses to a suspected hit and run incident in Powys. We appreciate this is not in the Llanelli area but someone may have travelled or been in the area on this particular day.
A road traffic collision occurred at approximately 4pm, Thursday, (Sep 14) 2017 at Ffrydd Road, Knighton, near the hospital.
A dark coloured Toyota Rav 4 index number DU12 LLJ has collided with an 11-year-old female pedestrian. The vehicle has failed to stop at the scene. The girl has sustained serious injuries and was airlifted to hospital.
