Dyfed-Powys Police is appealing for witnesses to an assault in Llanelli town centre.
A man is reported to have assaulted a woman on the corner of Market Street and Park Street at around 8pm on Thursday, August 6, 2017.
The man was wearing a purple polo top and had dark hair, and the victim was wearing a grey tracksuit and had blonde hair. She left the area in the direction of Mincing Lane.
A woman is believed to have intervened into the incident, and reported the assault at the time. However the victim did not come forward to police until this week.
Anyone with information, or who witnessed the incident, is asked to contact police on 101.
