Dyfed-Powys Police is concerned for the welfare of 17-year-old Rhiannon Haines, from Aberystwyth, who has not been seen since 12pm yesterday (Tuesday 29 August 2017).
Police believe she is in Chester.
Rhiannon is described as 5ft4 tall with long blonde hair that is brown at the root. She was last seen wearing a floral grey sweatshirt with grey leggings and white trainers.
