DYFED-Powys Police is investigating a racially-motivated assault, which took place in Llanelli on Saturday (Feb 23) at around 8.15pm.
The victim, a 29-year-old man, left the town centre after watching the Wales v England rugby match.
He walked passed Llanelli Magistrates Court, proceeded down Bridge Street and when in the vicinity of the credit union shop was approached and attacked by three, possibly four men. He was punched several times to the head.
He suffered swelling to the left eye and minor injuries to his forehead.
