DYFED-POWYS Police is investigating a burglary which occurred in a property in Penllwyn Park, Carmarthen sometime between 1pm on Friday, 28th February and 4pm on Monday 2nd March.

A number of items were stolen from the property including a variety of jewellery. These include a black wind up Mondia watch with silver metal bracelet, a silver twig brooch, silver teardrop leaf necklace, silver curled leaf drop earrings, an Indian pendant, a sapphire ring on silver setting, flat gold and diamond earrings, a gold sovereign and wedding and engagement rings.
An item of sentimental as well as of financial value also stolen was a platinum diamond ring.
