Police appeal following attempted robbery in Ann Street

DYFED-Powys Police are appealing for information about an attempted robbery in Llanelli, this morning (June 13).

At approx. 6.15am a man with his hood up approached a woman in the lane next to the Railway Social Club, Ann Street, and demanded her bag. He made off towards Old Lodge.

The woman was not hurt, and nothing was stolen. The suspect was wearing a grey hooded top and dark blue tracksuit bottoms, he may have approached other people before or after the attempted robbery.

Officers are investigating and urge anyone with information to report it by calling 101.
