DYFED-Powys Police is appealing for witnesses following an assault that occurred between 3-4am on January 1, 2018 in Carmarthen.
A man and woman carrying balloons were walking through John Street car park. The man was punched several times by another man near the toilet block. The offending man then ran from the scene.
The victim suffered minor head injuries.
