IT was yet another successful evening in the town of Burry Port’s calendar as the SOS@50 Cefn Sidan campaign held another very successful event. The Noson Lawen/Musical Evening was held at Pembrey Memorial Hall on Friday (Feb 7).
The organisers said that they would like to say a massive thank you and show their appreciation to everyone who took part in the event
Taking part were actor and compere Ioan Hefin, Burry Port Male Voice Choir, Elizabeth Bevan, Angharad & the Hive, Matthew Tucker, Owain, Lloyd and Lydia, Jim Meehan, Carwyn Tywyn and Iestyn Evans.
The organisers said that they would like to thank all those behind the scenes who helped make the event the ‘spectacular’ show that it was.
A spokesperson said: “We would like to thank the audience. We hope you all enjoyed the evening. A fantastic time was had by all. Plenty of compliments were received by so many on the night. A few lucky people were the prize winners in our raffle. Prizes were kindly donated by local businesses and a special thank you goes to all of them.
“We wish to thank Amanda and Lee of Cadno Boutique and Cadno Travel for selling tickets on our behalf.”
