New Year, New Venture for two Llanelli estate agents

THE New Year is a time for making resolutions but two Llanelli estate agents have been busy making theirs way back in 2019.

Nick Thorne of Thorne’s Estate Agents and Hayley Diana of Plush Lettings have joined forces to add an additional business to their portfolio, a property maintenance company called Elevate Property Maintenance Group

The company provide maintenance to properties ranging from those small jobs like changing light fittings to complete refurbishment and HMO conversions in conjunction with the local authority.

‘Business is booming’, said Nick Thorne. ‘We believe we are offering a great service for our clients and the feedback we have had is confirming that. As an estate agent I view homes on a daily basis. Some people are selling after a relative psses away. It can be a difficult time. We offer house clearances as part of our service at Elevate. We believe that we can respond to our clients quickly and efficiently, whether it is a small job or some major works.’

Hayley Diana who runs Plush Lettings was also confident that the new venture has a role to play for people who need their properties maintained. Hayley said: ‘We have been active with the company for a while now and we have been inundated with calls. We have a team of people who we work with in order to ensure the highest quality of service for property owners and managers. We cover a wide area not just Llanelli.’

Asked what their vision was for 2020 the business pair said that they were going to work harder and that they were optimistic that the services they are offering would continue to fill a gap in the market and help those who require a trusted and efficient service for their property management.
