Following an incident in Murray Street Llanelli on Thursday (May 18) Llanelli Online has received an update from Dyfed-Powys Police. They issued the following statement: Armed officers from Dyfed-Powys Police were called to a report of a suspected firearms incident on Murray Street, Llanelli at 1.30pm this afternoon on Thursday, May 18.
The street was cordoned off and three men were located in a Murray Street property. An air weapon was recovered from the property. They were arrested on suspicion of possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear of violence.
They are currently in police custody under investigation. No one was injured.
