DYFED-Powys Police have confirmed today, Friday (Feb 2), that the body of a missing Carmarthen man Stephen Amery has been found deceased at Pendine Sands.
Mr Amery had been missing since January 17th. Police had issued a missing persons appeal with a photograph of Mr Amery taken from CCTV footage in January.
Dyfed-Powys Police issued the following statement: ”During the search for missing Carmarthen man Stephen Amery, the body of a man has been discovered at Pendine Sands.
”Mr Amery’s family has been informed.
”The death is not being treated as suspicious.
”The family would like to thank the public for all the help and support they have received.”
