COUNCILLOR Bill Thomas is urging the residents of Felinfoel to look after their new park and play area in the village. His appeal comes after a series of complaints that some people using the play area have already begun to spoil it by smashing and discarding glass bottles before the park is even officially opened.
Speaking to Llanelli Online Cllr Thomas said: Teenagers have been seen playing here at night and the next morning there is broken glass.
“We are asking the PCSO to keep an eye on it and we are asking for a PCSO to come and take a look at the park in the evening and perhaps even put some cameras in so we can identify who is causing this problem.”
