A 35-year-old man from Llanelli has appeared before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court facing charges of sexual offences against children, Contrary to section 5 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
The court heard that between the 01/08/2019 and the 28/08/2019 at Llanelli Geraint Coslett intentionally penetrated the mouth of a boy under the age of 13 with his penis Contrary to section 5 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
The court also heard that between the 01/08/2019 and the 28/082019 at Llanelli Coslett intentionally touched a boy under the age of 13, namely 5 years of age, and the touching was sexual Contrary to section 7 of the Sexual Offences Act 2003.
The case was sent for trial at Swansea Crown Court under section 51(1) & (2)(a) of the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 to be heard on 07/02/2020 at 09:30
