Llanelli Online attended the public meeting hosted by the Police and Crime Commissioner Dafydd Llywelyn as one of a series he is holding throughout the Dyfed-Powys Police region. Also in attendance were senior police officers from the force, serving officers and PCSO’s. The aim of the meetings is to report back on the work of the Police and Crime Commissioner and to engage with the community and gather their views. Dafydd Llywelyn has been in post for 1 year and 7 months. Llanelli Online asked him a series of questions based on his term of office so far and we asked about some of the main issues facing the police and communities around Llanelli. Here is what he had to say:
