Llanelli Town AFC have been promoted to League Division One today, Saturday (Apr 15) following a 0 – 0 draw away to Porth. The promotion is the culmination of this season’s successes for the club as they dispatched most of the opposition. Manager Andy Hill and Assistant Manager Mark Dickenson have worked tirelessly at the club and the promotion means that the Reds can look to building a bigger platform including an academy.
The club already has a girls team formed but this promotion will enable them to look towards recruiting more youth players. The Reds now face a cup final, which if won would cap off a fantastic season for the club.
