Community meets to discuss plans for 48 homes at Heol Y Plas, Llannon

A pre-application consultation is taking place for a proposed development of 48 new homes at Heol y Plas in Llannon, Carmarthenshire. Residents of Maes Becca and Heol Y Nant have called a community meeting today, Thursday (Nov 16).

The main topic for discussion is the proposed closure and decommissioning of Llannon Park and the Children’s Playground by the County Council.

The meeting will be held at Llannon Primary School this evening, Thursday (Nov 15) from 6 to 7 pm.

All relevant drawings, reports and supplementary supporting documents are made available for inspection and review on-line below. Computer facilities are available to view the application online at Llanelli Library, Vaughan St, Llanelli, SA15 3AS. The IT facilities at this library are open from: 09:00 – 18:00 Monday to Friday, and 09:00 – 17:00 Saturdays. The library is closed on Sundays. Additional computer facilities are also available at Cross Hands Library, Carmarthen Road, Cross Hands, SA14 6SU, open from: 10:00-17:00 Monday and Thursday (closed between the hours of 13:00 and 14:00) and Saturday 10:00-13:00.
