Hayley Baker, Head coach of Swansea Aquatics said: “It was a great two day meet, the swimmers of all ages showed great team spirit, working hard with the coaches which has resulted in great performances.

“We are seeing a great team utility from swimmers in the first group academy bronze all the way up to swimmers in the Swim Wales National Performance centre.

“We are lucky enough to have swimmers like Dan Jarvis (commonwealth silver medalist) who is coached by Adam Baker and Stuart McNarry.”

Hayley continued: “The club has fantastic support from coaches, officials and the army of volunteers who do a fantastic job in the background making the day to day running of the club possible”.
