Calsonic are League Division 2 Champions 2017. There really was no doubting that they would win the league given their impressive run this season. At tonight’s game against Pembrey they ran out winners by three goals to two in a very entertaining game. The first two goals came from Callum Silcox, and Luke Limbrick in the first half and it looked like Calsonic were going to run away with the game.
Pembrey made quite a comeback in the second half getting two goals to equalise before giving away a penalty with around 10 minutes remaining. Calsonic made no mistakes with the penalty and from then on kept a tight rein on the game and ended the match victors by three goals to two.
The team were awarded the shield immediately after the match.
