Llanelli Online is looking for reporters for our expanding online news site. You do not have to have experience as full training will be given. If you are interested in joining the team please email editor@llanelli.online. We are particularly keen to hear from Welsh speakers. We are looking for reporters to work within each village from Carmarthen to Loughor. At present it would be on a voluntary basis. We do have plans to seek funding for paid positions in the near future.
You will be given access to training in citizen journalism including writing, film making, editing, photography, studio work including online TV and radio broadcasting. We are also looking for more technically minded individuals to keep the main engine running.
We are already working with other organisations and in the process of establishing our brand new studio in the heart of Llanelli.
