A 19-year-old Trimsaran man appeared before Llanelli Magistrates’ Court today, Tuesday (Feb 11) facing three charges of assault.
The court heard that on 01/09/2019 at Trimsaran Elliot Kai Roberts of Trilwm, Trimsaran assaulted Jessica Gadsby by beating her Contrary to section 39 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988.
Further that on 01/09/2019 at Trimsaran Roberts assaulted Colwyn Williams by beating him Contrary to section 39 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988.
Roberts pleaded not guilty to both charges and the court found him not guilty.
Facing a further charge of assault the court heard that on 01/09/2019 at Trimsaran Roberts assaulted Scott Kelly by beating him Contrary to section 39 of the Criminal Justice Act 1988.
Roberts pleaded not guilty to that offence but the court found him guilty.
He was fined £60 and ordered to pay compensation of £50 and a victim surcharge of £32.
Roberts was also ordered to pay court costs of £500
