23-year-old arrested at Asda charged with assaulting an emergency worker

A man has been charged with common assault, assault of an emergency worker, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour with intent to cause fear, and damaging property following an incident in Llanelli on Wednesday, February 5.

Christopher Price, aged 23, of Llys yr Hen Felin, was arrested outside Asda, where he had been detained by security staff.

He was taken to police custody, where he was charged to appear to court.
