Raiders continue to battle despite defeat to Newcastle

THE West Wales Raiders continue to fight after falling to a 20 - 82 defeat against Newcastle Thunder at Stebonheath Park on Sunday (June 3).

It was a positive start to the game for the Raiders, going 10 points ahead in the early stages. However the Thunder took control soon afterwards to rack up the one-sided victory.

West Wales Raiders optimistic about future for rugby league in West Wales

THE Big Welsh Derby at Stebonheath ended in defeat for the West Wales Raiders. It was a great spectacle to watch as the North Wales Crusaders put on a great attacking display of rugby league.
