St Clears man James Cole sentenced to 4 years for one count of rape

A St Clears man has been sentenced to four years in prison for one count of rape.

James Cole, aged 35, from St Clears, received a four year prison sentence for his crimes at Swansea Crown Court yesterday, Thursday (Jan 25).

He was charged with two counts of rape, which took place in December 2016, and was found guilty of one count, following a trial.

Llanelli Herald editor loses appeal for conviction

THE editor of the Llanelli Herald, Thomas Sinclair has lost his appeal for a previous conviction for putting the victim of a sexual offence at risk of identification when he appeared at Swansea Crown Court today, Monday (Jan 22).
