THE closing date for the Mudiad Meithrin’s Awards Ceremony is Tuesday (May 1).

Mudiad Meithrin has already received more than 100 nominations for staff and volunteers in Cylchoedd Meithrin, Cylchoedd Ti a Fi and Day Nurseries for awards in 11 categories.

Llanerch campaigners optimistic for Village Green status

CAMPAIGNERS fighting to save Llanerch field as a village green say they are optimistic that they have done enough to convince the decision makers that the field should be given village green status rather than be used to house a new school.

Students present MP with interior design ideas for Llanelli’s Railway Goods Shed

STUDENTS from South Wales University have made a presentation on their ideas and designs to the trustees of the Llanelli Railway Goods Shed.

THE family of Marchello Cusano, who died in a fire on George St, Llanelli, have paid tribute to him.
