‘Lucky’ teenagers suffer minor injuries in single vehicle RTC

FOUR teenagers were 'incredibly lucky' after their vehicle rolled over and landed in a ditch in Pembrey.

DYFED-Powys Police confirmed that they attended a single vehicle RTC in the early hours of Thursday (May 24) on Mountain Road.

The occupants of the vehicle suffered minor cuts and bruises and were checked over by ambulance crews.

Police search for ‘missing’ Bridgend man Colin Jones

DYFED-Powys Police are looking for 57-year-old Colin Jones, who is missing from Bridgend, South Wales.

The last sighting of Mr Jones’ car was on the A4069, Upper Brynamman at around 4.30pm on Tuesday, May 15.

A multi-agency search, involving police officers and dogs, the Brecon Mountain Rescue Team and NPAS, carried out an extensive search of the area last night and are continuing the search this morning.

18-year-old arrested in connection with robbery of Llanelli pensioner

UPDATE: An 18-year-old man has been charged with robbery following the theft of a 76-year-old woman’s purse in Llanelli.

Jonathan Levi Edwards will appear before Llanelli Magistrates’ Courts this afternoon (16/5).

DYFED-Powys Police investigating the robbery of a 76-year-old woman in Llanelli have arrested an 18-year-old man.

Police carry out positive drug warrants in Llwynhendy

ON Thursday, May 3, four drugs warrants were executed at Y Fan flats in Llwynhendy.

Local officers and the Divisional Drugs Unit carried out the warrants and arrested two men. A 44-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply class B drugs.
