THE B4308 near Trimsaran was closed today, Friday (Oct 26) following a road traffic collision (RTC).

The accident is believed to have happened at approximately 2.30 pm between Cwmbach and Pen y Mynydd.

The emergency services were in attendance and bystanders reported having seen two vehicles involved in the accident.

Dyfed-Powys Police issued the following statement:

“Police attended a two-vehicle collision on the B4308 at Pen-y-Mynydd at just past 2pm today.

“One person sustained an arm injury.

“The vehicles were blocking the road, and recovery was required.”
