The team from the Pembrokeshire holiday company was shortlisted among three British hotels to take the Best Housekeeping Team Initiative Award.
The Springboard Awards for Excellence celebrate inspiring individuals, organisations and initiatives that have successfully raised the profile of the hospitality industry.
“We are delighted to have won this award,” said as Head of Accommodation Services, Sian Straczek.
“The award recognises an organisation that is dedicated to promoting housekeeping and accommodation management as a first choice career option. It is a credit to all of our housekeeping team.”
Mrs Straczek said the luxury short-break holiday destination, situated within the spectacular Pembrokeshire Coast National Park offers its growing housekeeping team a range of staff benefits.
