21-year-old Carys Hunter of Donovan Gardens, Pembroke Dock.

The court heard that on 05/12/2017 at the A4076 Haverfordwest, Pembrokeshire, Hunter drove a motor vehicle, on a restricted road, at a speed exceeding 30 miles per hour Contrary to sections 81(1) and 89(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988.

Afzal Khan of Elizabeth Avenue, Oldham.

The court heard that on 11/12/2017 Khan, having been required by or on behalf of the Chief Officer of Police for Dyfed Powys Police, failed to give information relating to the identification of the driver of a vehicle, who was alleged to have been guilty of an offence Contrary to section 172(3) of the Road Traffic Act 1988 and Schedule 2 to the Road Traffic Offenders Act 1988.
