TROSTRE and Velindre Camera Club have put on an exhibition of photographs at the St Elli Centre in Llanelli today, Thursday (Aug 30).
The event is organised by Camera Club member Sue Thomas. It will also take place tomorrow (Aug 31) and Saturday (Sep 1).
Members of the club have generously decided to have donate prints, which are being sold to raise funds for Lilly Kendall who is waiting for a heart and double lung transplant.
Lilly was recently treated to a three-day trip to London by the charity ‘Make A Wish’ for a whirlwind of fun.
Llanelli Online has been supporting the Help Lilly Campaign and there are more events planned to raise money for Lilly. You can also donate via her Just Giving Page which has been made specifically to raise funds to make life a little easier for Lilly and her family who have to travel to Great Ormond Street Hospital in London on a regular basis.
Speaking to Llanelli Online Sue said: “We are here to sell images to help Lilly with the fundraising. The images on sale are high quality and mounted prints.
We are hoping to raise as much money as can so there is no minimum or limit.”
